Day 1: Learning on cake base
Day 2: Learning on fillings
Day 3: Learning on different layering in mousse cake
Day 4: Learning on constructing a theme cake
Day 5: Learning on forming a mousse cake
Day 6: Learning on mirror glaze and velvet coating
Day 7: Learning on fondant decoration
Day 8: Theory & Practical Exam (No worries, just to test on what you have learnt)
