Tips:
- use dairy cream for milkier choice
- use fresh milk/ full cream milk for thicker mouthfeel
- use castor sugar for better solubility

Steps:
Step 1:
(No1 liquid cream), (no2 milk), (no3 sugar) bring to simmer (do not boil).
Step 2:

Cold down the mixture to 28 degree celcius, stir before pouring into the storage container. (Feel with hands, no warm feel)
